We will see the magnificent of Seljalandsfoss waterfall, there is a small road that can walk behind the waterfall and see the waterfall from different angles. Next, we will go to Skogafoss, one of Iceland's largest and most representative waterfalls (you can see rainbow if weather permitted). Then let’s explore the Reynisfjara beach(black sand beach), Reynisfjara is a world-famous black-sand beach found on the South Coast of Iceland, just beside the small fishing village of Vík í Mýrdal. With its enormous basalt stacks, roaring Atlantic waves and stunning panoramas, Reynisfjara is widely considered to be the most beautiful example of Iceland's black sand beaches.
Along the south coast towards the big glacier. Kirkjubæjarklaustur Pseudo craters along the way. We will go Svartifoss is one of the most incredible and glorious waterfalls in Skaftafell - its name literally means ‘the Black Waterfall’. The narrow and extremely elegant cascade drops 20 m (65 ft) from a crescent-shaped cliff, composed of magnificent hexagonal black basalt columns.
Then let’s explore Svínafellsjökull, Svínafellsjökull is a great place to get close to a glacier tongue, There are many reasons why you want to see a glacier tongue up close. First is the ice-breaking apart and forming hundreds of cracks and stacks of an endless formation. It is always a mild attack on your imagination as you just can't avoid strange thoughts when in proximity to this demolishing part of nature. Secondly, the beauty of this amazing landscape, so bright and clean but yet so powerful. Thirdly is the weirdness when you can hear the movement and all the spooky sounds although you can't see the movement, the many motives you can find to photograph, and has been featured in the Hollywood films like《Batman Begins》and 《Interstellar》.
Next, we will enjoy the sunset at the diamond beach, the Diamond Beach is a strip of black sand belonging to the greater Breiðamerkursandur glacial plain, located by Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon on the South Coast of Iceland. Here, the icebergs which fill Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon wash up on shore, standing dazzling and defiant in stark contrast to the black sand beach.
Sunrise at Glacier lagoon is a once in a lifetime experience and you'll get to enjoy the lagoon without the crowds. Next, we will go to Stokksnes, Glacier lagoon and Stokksnes is a photographer’s paradise. Come here to photograph the dramatic landscape, or just sit and enjoy the vast beauty.
Drive back along the south coast, We will visit the wrecked plane dc3, In 1973 a United States Navy DC plane ran out of fuel and crashed on the black beach at Solheimasandur, Fortunately, everyone in that plane survived. We need to walk from the parking lot to the wreckage(one way 5km about 1 hour).
Drive to Snæfellsnes for Kirkjufel or 'Church Mountain', is a distinctly shaped peak found on the north shore of Iceland’s Snæfellsnes Peninsula, It is often called ‘the most photographed mountain in Iceland’, due to its dramatic formation and perfect coastal location.
