2019-08-14 21:43:39Nice hotel, our room overview by the Lake and it was so refreshing in the eyes. The lobby was big and a lot comfy sofa to sit. they had live music at night too.The staff all we encountered were polite and friendly. The concierge, receptionist, cleaner, the breakfast personnel and to GM Andrew thank u.. Keep up the good work. Happy with our stay.

2019-08-13 02:46:07Stayed here for a night, and i had one of the best sleep ever. Hotel is quite new, super clean, staffs are friendly. So many choices of breakfast available. Infinity pool at 2nd floor. Eska spa is also at level 2, another plus point so I don’t have to find other spa. Will definitely recommend my friends or anyone to come here.

2019-07-25 08:38:37the hotel was comfortable, the food so many variant. near from my work office. ilove when the staff handling me check in puri and check out yuli. they was so lovely. the bad things is when i need something to the room like mineral water, staff like didnt innitiative. but overall good

2019-06-24 01:34:14Came here for group event. Excellent service and ample choices for breakfast meal with cappuccino served. Fridge items were complimentary. WiFi connection was stable. No power adaptor needed as their power sockets are universal, with additional USB ports. The technician came promptly to replace TV remote's batteries and adjust the clock. The basin in my room needed to be secured and the sink leaked a bit.

2019-02-07 18:57:09this is my 2nd or 3rd time booking thru here. very reliable and smooth! I was staying at best western premier panbil in batam and it was a great and amazing one. The anniversary surprise they prepared for us was really a touching moment for me n husband. The stay was amazing n peaceful. All the staff were really friendly. We had great breakfast. And when we were back home, we couldn't stop talking abt the experience to our families..

2018-12-12 14:22:54This is my first time in Batam and I'm glad that I chose to stay at Best Western! Its a modest hotel with all the amenities.I was pleasantly surprised by the infinity pool as well as the roottop bar. Had a great time here with my boyfriend:)
