1. Online Travel Consultant 

(Full time or internship)

Job Description

Job Scope

  • Creating a memorable experience for clients by matching their needs and desires with holiday destination.
  • Provide responses to travel inquiries from online platforms.
  • Handle group travels inquiries.
  • Helping customers to book accommodations, sightseeing activities, and travel arrangements.


  • Fresh graduates from tertiary schools/Polytechnics are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Possess customer service skills and a sense of professionalism.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage.
  • Social-media savvy.


2. Partnership Specialist

Job Description

  • Work closely with company suppliers to enhance the partnership procedure.
  • Sourcing for new suppliers to bring in exciting travel products for WeekendGoWhere users.
  • To assist with other partnership related activities.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.


  • High proficiency in communication including presentation skills
  • Ability to approach, meet-up and negotiate with the local and foreign merchants
  • 2+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles like partner/account management or sales
  • Experience of the travel industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage.


3. Sales Assistant 

Job Description

  • Communicate with potential customers.
  • Provide responses to travel inquiries from online and offline platforms.
  • Work closely with the Travel consultant team and Marketing team, help to close deals.
  • Assist with the preparation of new products.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.


  • Good communication and study skill
  • Possess customer service skills and a sense of professionalism
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage


4. Marketing Executive 

Job Description

  • Assistant in social media marketing efforts
  • Content creation for various platforms
  • Coordinating of influencer collaborations with detailed planning
  • Curation of marketing campaigns and events
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to plan content
  • Able to withstand the bombardment of youthfulness in our office


  • Comfortable with digital media and technology
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage.
  • Working experience in an online company would be a plus.
  • Design skills will be a plus


5. Web Application Developer


  • Develop online web applications for internal or external user
  • Plan, organize and develop new ideas/features for our system
  • Document and maintain software functionalities
  • Work with business team on system requirements
  • Maintaining websites


  • Proficient understanding of PHP
  • Understanding of web application design and php frameworks: codeigniter, laravel
  • Able to work on frontend technology: React, Vue JS.
  • Familiar with mysql database
  • Comfortable with mongodb
  • Familiar with AWS cloud services and server configuration
  • Ability to interact with backend APIs
  • Ability to operate with Git
  • Have good verbal and written communication skill
  • A collaborative team player
  • Preferably at least 1 to 2 years experience in web development.

  • Manage the technology team (current team size 6 persons and expanding)
  • Lead the development and maintenance of API for mobile apps (eCommerce type, which means requires experience with Payment gateway integrations)
  • Manage web developer in progress of delivery
  • Manage Amazon AWS services, includes but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS etc. in accordance with company scaling needs.


7 . iOS Developer Intern 


  • Interested in App development
  • Have project experience either on Appstore or can demo during the interview


  • Develop travel type iOS app, with transactions
  • Maintains code documentation


8.  Student Intern

Job Description

      Marketing Interns (at least 3 months) 

  • Edit content of materials for publication
  • Assist in the various marketing channel
  • Ad hoc duties as required

      Operation Interns (at least 3 months) 

  • Respond to customer enquiries (via phone and email) and feedback to continuously improve product & service quality
  • Work closely with the technical team and marketing team to improve the product features and customer Experience
  • Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality
  • Ad hoc duties as required

      Online travel consultant interns ( at least 6 months )

  • Reply online inquiries 
  • Arrange travel bookings 
  • Ad hoc duties as required


  • An outgoing personality coupled with communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment.
