• Check-In Time is at 2 pm and Check-Out Time is at 12 pm (Batam Time) 
• Guests can request for sea-facing rooms, subject to availability. 
• Assemble at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and take a 45-minute ferry ride to Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal.
• Land Transfer from the ferry terminal to the resort takes approximately 20 minutes.
• Birthday Decoration is available at an additional cost. Please check with our travel consultants for the respective prices!
