Things to Note

• Check-In Time is at 3 pm whereas Check-Out Time is at 12 pm (Bintan Time).
• Extra Bed cannot be added to any apartments. Extra Person can only sleep on the Sofa Bed & Bedding Kit.
• Every room comes with a Private Balcony.
• All Lofts are located on the Ground Floor and contain a Bean Bag.
• Block 1 is made up of Ocean View Room Types, and they are wheelchair-friendly!
• Land Transfer from Bandar BentanTelani Port to Cassia Bintan will take approximately 15 minutes.
• There is a Supermarket (Market 23) located in the resort and you can get ingredients for your Mookata/BBQ Meals there.
• BBQ Dining can only be done in Loft Room Types only. Steamboat is available for All Room Types.
• For BBQ, the staff is able to help you set up the fire and guests can continue with the BBQ themselves. BBQ Pit Rental (includes tongs and charcoal but excludes food) will cost about IDR 150,000 (approximately SGD 15). 
• Cassia Bintan Guests can make use of the Angsana Facilities such as their Gym, Kids Club & Pool.
• Room Decor is available at a cost of SGD 40 nett (without wine) & SGD 70 nett (with wine).
• Housekeeping Services are available upon request but Daily Housekeeping will not be provided.
