• The Check-In Time is at 3 pm and the Check-Out Time is at 12 pm. The minimum age for check-in is 18 yo.
• Land Transfer from the ferry terminal to the resort takes approximately 15 minutes.
• Two-Way Ferry Transfer is provided by Batamfast.
• Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Mega Mall Batam Centre are about 40 minutes drive away from the resort.
• For Birthday and Anniversaries, the resort can help to arrange a cake.
• There are no connecting rooms in the resort.
• One Bedroom can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 Adults and 1 Child. Two Bedrooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 Adults and 1 Child.
