Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum age requirement: 1 year old. Additional Requirements for Participants Aged 1-3 Years:
- Children in this age group must always be accompanied in the water by one free adult participant (above 21 years of age).
- There is a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
- All participants must be in appropriate swimming attire upon arrival at the Sharky playground.
- Proper Diaper is a MUST for age 5 and below!
- Reusable Diaper will be available to purchase or rent on site if needed.
- This playground is suitable for non-swimmers.
Check-In Information:
Check-in will open 15 minutes prior to the program start time at the Sharky playground Entrance within Happy Fish Swim School.
Check-in will close 10 minutes after the program's scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
Participants are strongly advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their program for a smooth experience.
Program Considerations:
All programs are weather-permitting and are subject to change at the discretion of Start Young (SY). Participants are not allowed to wear jewellery and other accessories during the play. Small storage facilities will be provided.

General Terms and Conditions:
All other general terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of Start Young Sharky playground and Happy Fish Swim School apply. Participants who do not meet the terms and conditions of the program may be refused entry.
Rescheduling Information:
Administrative fees apply for all rescheduling requests made within specific periods: Reservations for 1-8 participants: Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of the program date/time will be subject to a $10 administrative fee per ticket. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Strictly no cancellations or refunds will be provided. No-shows will be charged 100% of the program fee.
