Disney-Themed Fireworks Light Up Marina Bay This March — Free Sky Show and Nautical Celebration

From 13 to 15 March 2026, Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay precinct will shine even brighter with a Disney Cruise Line-inspired fireworks sky show, marking a major festive celebration tied to the arrival of the Disney Adventure, the first Disney Cruise Line ship to homeport in Asia.

Presented by United Overseas Bank (UOB), Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Disney Cruise Line, this spectacular event adds a whimsical nautical flair to the city’s skyline during a two-month waterfront programme titled “Adventure Begins: A Magical Bay Celebration with Disney Cruise Line.” The festivities run from 26 February to 30 April 2026 and promise fun, photo spots, themed entertainment and special promotions for visitors of all ages.

 Fireworks Sky Show — What You Need to Know

•  Dates: 13, 14 & 15 March 2026

•  Time: Starts at 8.30pm each night

•  Location: Marina Bay precinct, visible all around the waterfront

•  Duration: Approximately 10 minutes of choreographed fireworks and music

The free sky show invites viewers on a visual journey inspired by the seven themed areas of the Disney Adventure ship, including Disney Imagination Garden, Toy Story Place, San Fransokyo Street, Town Square, Wayfinder Bay, Disney Discovery Reef and Marvel Landing.

A narrated soundtrack of beloved Disney songs, such as “When You Wish Upon a Star,” “Let It Go,” “Under the Sea” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” , sets the mood for this vibrant night-time spectacle.

🎨 A Celebration of Culture and Imagination

In a creative touch reflecting Singapore’s multicultural heritage, the show will feature Peranakan-inspired motifs and references to Singapore’s national flower, the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid, weaving local identity into the Disney theme.

During this period, the Marina Bay precinct will also be decorated with Disney Cruise Line-themed photo installations at key locations such as:

• Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay

• Gardens by the Bay

• One Fullerton

• Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay

• Swissotel The Stamford
  and more. These thematic backdrops invite visitors to capture and share special moments inspired by the ship’s story zones.

 Nauti­­cal-Themed Festival Runs Until April

The fireworks show is just one highlight of the ongoing Adventure Begins celebration. From late February through April, residents and visitors can enjoy:

• Themed photo spots across Marina Bay

• Interactive experiences and special privileges (including giveaways and promotions for UOB cardmembers)

• A range of family-friendly and tourism-driven activities tied to the Disney Adventure’s arrival.

The programme not only celebrates the Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage from Singapore but also aims to boost visitor engagement, tourism and retail activity in the Marina Bay area, making it a lively destination for travel, dining and entertainment this spring.

 How to Enjoy the Sky Show

Since the fireworks will illuminate the entire Marina Bay skyline, spectators can catch the 10-minute display from various vantage points along the waterfront, including Merlion Park, the Esplanade, Gardens by the Bay and One Fullerton without needing to crowd one single location.
